If you come by car, remember to enable your toll chip on the General Rumiñahui Highway, which is the same as the Intervalles Highway. For more information, click here.

There is a parking block from Wikiri Sapoparque’s door, not ours, costs $1 per hour but we suggest you park there for your peace of mind.

Recommendations for the visit

The tour is guided and lasts 2 hours.

But the time of the tour can be flexible according to your needs. If you have less time, or are with older adults who get tired, young children or just want a shorter visit. The terrain is flat, so wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility can use it. The circuit is roofed in most of the space and airy, however we recommend you: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring an umbrella, sunscreen and water. Arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your tour.

Small pets on a short leash are welcome. In the case of entering with your pet, the owner agrees to: monitor the good behavior and coexistence of your pet with other people and animals, keep your pet on a short leash, pick up and clean up the waste produced by your pet. There are 3 exhibition areas that are restricted to pets: reproduction laboratory, Biocommerce room, and Chocó Night.

Yes, you must recognize the type of entry you are applying forhere. Choose the day and time for your visit. Once you have located your ticket type and your date and time, go to the shopping cart and choose the product you want to buy. Remember to arrive 10 minutes before your tour start time. The tour starts punctually at the indicated times. You can also make a transfer to our bank account but you must always reserve the day and time of your visit.

Yes, but admission depends on the number of seats available on the tour at that time. You may have to wait a few turns before you can enter.

If you are late for your tour you can join the same group where they are, or you can ask at the ticket office if there is space on the next tour for you to join that group. If you do not want either alternative reschedule your visit for another day and time at the ticket office.

In our experience, families with children of these ages also enjoy the visits and explanations received during the 2-hour tour. When the group of visitors is from a kindergarten or pre-school, the visit is different and has special activities for young children. It lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. More information here.
